WHERE DOES DREAMPICK SHIP FROM?

Our warehouse is located in Italy and all orders placed on the dream-pick.com website will be dispatched direct from the warehouse in Veneto.

HANDLING TIME

Our Team handles the orders in 1 working day. Orders placed before the 10AM CEST will be dispatched on the same day.

SHIPPING COST AND TIME

Cost varies depending on your location and country; all shipping rates can be calculated in your cart before checkout.

Shipping times also vary from country to country but you can expect your package in 1-21 business days. Please check below for a more accurate estimations.

Refunds for international orders cannot be issued until 45 working days after the ship date.

Domestic Standard Priority Shipping (Italy) – Free Over 29,95 € -

The orders dispatched on the italian territory with the Standard Shipping method will be delivered in 3/5 working days through the national post service of Poste Italiane. Can take up to 5-6 working days for the Islands.

Tracking is not available, just receipt confirmation.

Domestic Express Shipping ( Italy) – Free Over 49,95 € -

The orders dispatched on the italian territory with the Express Shipping method will be delivered in 1/2 working days through the national carrier service of Poste Italiane. Can take up to 2-3 working days for the Islands.

International Priority Shipping (Europe) – Free Over 29,95 € -

The orders dispatched on the European territory with the Standard Priority Shipping method will be delivered in 5-8 working days through the international post service of Poste Italiane. Can take up to 8-12 working days for islands and remote territories.

Tracking is not available, just receipt confirmation.

*Some countries could not be covered by the priority international shipping.

International Express Shipping (Europe) – Free Over 59,95 € -

The orders dispatched on the European territory with the Express Priority Shipping method will be delivered in 1-2 working days through the international carrier service of UPS,FEDEX,BRT-DPD.

*For some countries the express shipping is free for orders over 69.95€ or 79,95€. You will be able to check directly in your cart before placing the order.

International Priority Shipping (Rest of the World) – Free Over 29,95 € -

The orders dispatched in the Rest of the World with the Standard Priority Shipping method will be delivered in 8-15 working days, depending on your location, through the international post service of Poste Italiane. Can take up to 15-21 working days for islands and remote territories.

International Express Shipping (Rest of the World) – Free Over 69,95 € -

The orders dispatched in the Rest of the World with the Express Shipping method will be delivered in 2-5 working days, depending on your location, through the international carrier service of UPS,FEDEX,BRT-DPD.

* All above mentioned delivery times have been updated taking into consideration the covid19 pandemic situation. However, please keep in mind that the worldwide situation is constantly changing and some delays could occur.

* What is receipt confirmation?

Our priority shipping method allows our team to check if the package has been delivered at the provided address. Our Team decided to adopt this method as it is the only one that allows to offer an affordable international shipping with the guarantee of delivery. Unfortunately is not possible to check the transit.

RETURN POLICY

Products must be returned within 30 days from delivery. Returned products must not have been worn or used or washed or altered in any way. Returned products must have all their original labels and must be in their original packaging.

Sorry, but we don't take back used or opened products.

You will get a complete refund minus the original shipping cost as long as the product is returned in factory conditions.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS FAQ'S

My package has been damaged during the shipment, what can I do?

Can be that during the shipment a product get damaged. Don't worry, contact us at customer.service@dream-pick.com and we will do our best to solve this isssue!

I haven't receive my package, what can I do?

Make sure no one else in your house accepted the package and check to your neighbours, many local service delivers the packages to the near houses. Also look for an attempted notice of delivery, sometimes packages stay stuck at the local post office.
